The Leadership Framework for a Flourishing Intelligent Age is proposed to support human evolution under altered conditions. If leadership shapes the long-term trajectory of societies, and if the structural context within which leader operates has been fundamentally transformed, then it follows that leadership must be systematically re-examined and redesigned.
